Method
Learn from what you read and watch
LangBox is built around one loop: take in material you can mostly understand, look up what you can't, review those words before you forget them, then use them yourself.
Read and watch real material
Choose articles, books and videos you actually want to follow. A translation under each paragraph or beside each subtitle keeps them understandable, so you can read more and longer.
Bilingual web reading →Look up words in context
Double-click a word to see its meaning in that sentence. Save the ones worth keeping; the sentence comes with them, so you remember how the word was used.
Dictionary lookup →Review before you forget
Saved words come back as review cards. FSRS spaced repetition schedules each card for the moment you are about to forget it, so a few minutes a day is enough.
Reading to review →Practise listening and writing
Sentence-by-sentence dictation on YouTube videos turns input into output: listen, type what you heard, and see each word checked.

What to expect
The method draws on comprehensible input and spaced repetition research. Progress still depends on the material you choose, what you already know and how regularly you practise.
