英文会议改期：时间怎么说清楚

写一封改期邮件，说明原因、时间和确认方式。

事情是这样的

你和伦敦同事 Maya 每周开会看网站上线进度。2026 年 9 月 17 日周四的会和给客户做演示的时间冲突。当年9月，伦敦用 BST（UTC+1），新加坡用 SGT（UTC+8）。

Subject: Could we move Thursday’s launch review?

Hi Maya,

A client demo now overlaps with our launch review on Thursday, 17 September, at 4 p.m. SGT / 9 a.m. BST. Could we move it to Friday, 18 September, at the same time?

If Friday doesn’t work for you, I’m also available on Thursday at 5 p.m. SGT / 10 a.m. BST. We would still have 30 minutes together.

Please let me know which option works for you. Once we agree, I’ll update the calendar invite.

  • Maya 选的是周五。周四晚一小时只是备选，确认邮件里不能写两个时间。
  • at the same time 是原定的几点钟。跨时区确认时，要写明日期和双方时区。
  • Once we agree 是商量好再改日历，不是替对方直接改。

常用表达

Could we move it to …?
我们能改到……吗？找对方商量。move 后面跟具体日期时间，比光说 later 清楚。
If … doesn’t work for you, …
如果你不方便，那……给个备选时间，省得来回问。

我来更新日历邀请。说清谁来改。改完日历才能写 I’ve updated。

这是参考写法，换成 Would Wednesday … work for you? 也行。把信息写全比照抄更重要。
